The Nani's Gelato Story
In a number of South Asian languages, the word ‘Nani’ means grandmother. In every batch of gelato that we produce, we infuse the love and passion of our mothers and grandmothers. An unprecedented way of cooking, our founder’s inspiration for Nani’s Gelato comes from how his mother and grandmother produced meals daily from fresh ingredients. We never compromise on the quality of our gelato and handcraft every batch in-house daily. Our flavors are Asian, Indian and Italian influenced and we ensure every batch we produce has a Nani’s touch.
Our Products & Services
At Nani's, we offer a variety of artisanal frozen desserts and catering services. All of our products are made on site, from scratch, fresh daily.
Gelato & Sorbetto
Our artisanal gelato and sorbettos are made fresh daily. We rotate our flavours bi-weekly - changing our entire menu on a continuous basis to keep our product fresh and exciting for customers.
Pints
Our pints are made on site daily in a variety of flavours. We offer a core group of flavours that never change and also rotate in new pint flavours bi-weekly.
Soft Serve
Our soft serve runs seasonally from April to October. We change the flavours bi-weekly and make all of the soft-serve flavours on site, fresh daily.
Private Catering
We offer an array of private catering services from our custom built gelato food truck or gelato cart. From corporate events, weddings, movie sets, anniversaries and birthdays - we do it all.
Our Flavours - Asian & Italian Inspired
Our flavours rotate bi-weekly – we change all of them every two weeks. For a current list of our flavours, please visit our Instagram or Facebook account. During a typical year, we’ll rotate close to 150 flavours. All of our gelato products are made in-house, on-site, fresh daily. Our specialty lies in fusing the classic Italian gelato bases and flavours with Asian inspired ingredients. We typically carry 1-2 vegan flavours, 4 non-nut dairy based flavours and 2 nut based dairy flavours.
